Pu'er is tea that has been aged and fermented to produce a rich taste similar to cold brew coffee. This cooked-style pu'er has notes of wood, peat, cinnamon, and even mineral water.
How to Brew: Use 2 level teaspoons (4g) of leaves per 8oz water at 210F. Suggested 1st steep: 3min 30s. Add 1min to each following steep. Leaves can be steeped 2-3 times.
