Steep 2 teaspoons (5g) in 8oz water at 180F. To get 180F, mix 1.5 tablespoons of cold water + 8oz boiling.
You can steep these leaves twice to get two cups of tea from the same leaves. The 1st steep should be 3min, the 2nd 4min (don’t wait too long to make the 2nd cup!
