Rich, malty tea with a thick body, light smokiness, and honeyed complexity.  Good all day from first thing in the morning to firefly watching in the evening.

How to Brew: Use 3 rounded tablespoons (6g) of leaves per 8oz water at 200F.  Leaves can be steeped 2 times without loss of flavor. Suggested 1st steep: 2min, 2nd: 3min.

Grown in Simao, China. Picked in Spring 2017.
