Rich, malty tea with a thick body, light smokiness, and honeyed complexity. Good all day from first thing in the morning to firefly watching in the evening.
How to Brew: Use 2 tablespoons (5g) of leaves per 8oz water at 190F. To get 190F, mix 1 tablespoon of cold water + 8oz boiling. You can steep these twice to get two cups of tea from the same leaves. The 1st steep should be: 2min 30s, the 2nd: 3min 30s (don't wait too long to make the 2nd cup!)
Grown in Yunnan, China.
